1. LED street light adhesive introduction
Mask, panel and frame adhesive sealing
Substrate: PMMA or glass mask plastic panel and aluminum frame.
Requirements: high transparency, non-yellowing; non-corrosive PMMA, good adhesion between mask and aluminum frame, high thixotropy, no drooping flow. Aging resistance, good insulation properties. Low stress, moderate hardness, elongation at break 240% or more.

Requirements: good wettability, helps to fill the gap, so that the contact thermal resistance is smaller;
Excellent thermal conductivity; excellent electrical insulation;
Wider use temperature: operating temperature -50 ~ 200 ℃;

Requirements: excellent thermal conductivity; excellent electrical insulation; a wide range of use temperature: operating temperature -50 ~ 200 ℃; high temperature does not dry, no oil flow; non-toxic, tasteless, non-corrosive, environmentally friendly.
